1. Delighted to announce that I have recently started a new job as Global Design Innovation Advisor at the Global Innovation Studio of Arcadis N.V. in Amsterdam. Arcadis has a new Global Innovation Studio team brought together to further define the company's innovation agenda, and drive implementation to proactively reinvent the business in the coming years. This multi-disciplinary team is responsible for creating innovative value propositions for Arcadis, focusing on sustainability and digital transformation.
Our focus is to apply design methods and agile practices in order to create propositions that are viable, desirable, and feasible. My focus is on desirability, making sure that we design propositions that are well suited to stakeholder needs.
2 . The yellow loops on the home screen are metaphors for the design process. Complex, yet delightful. Convoluted and at times confusing but also playful, interesting and meaningful.
3. In September 2021, I started an Innovation Consulting internship with Impact Hub Amsterdam. Impact Hub Amsterdam is part of the global Impact Hub network of 17,000 entrepreneurs and innovators in 102+ locations worldwide in 50+ countries spanning five continents.
My role involves:
Driving a circular, regenerative economy by connecting entrepreneurial innovations with organisational opportunities within the impact space. Clients include IKEA, Renewi, Province of North Holland etc.
Applying desk research, information analysis, CRM, service design processes and opportunity mapping to facilitate innovation and collaboration within the themes of circular economy, sustainable materials and business models for corporates, startups and SME's.
