I have 4+ years of experience helping B2B, B2C and B2G organisations turn complex challenges into clear opportunities, validated concepts and practical strategic direction. I combine design research, service design, facilitation and systems thinking to understand people, markets and organisational realities, and have worked with corporates, startups and universities across the world. I specialise in early-stage innovation, and alongside project delivery, I’ve helped scale customer-centred ways of working through toolkits, workshops, coaching and design advocacy. I’m known for building trusted relationships, asking questions that shift perspectives, and balancing creativity with analytical, practical thinking. My approach is grounded in inclusion, behavioural science and a belief that meaningful innovation starts with understanding people deeply.
