Context:

UNBOX is an innovation toolkit for the youth of India. Using, our knowledge of Design Thinking and Innovation, experience from dozens of projects and years of research to create an Innovation Toolkit for the youth of India to solve new India's problems. We envision an Atmanirbhar (English: self sufficient), future-proof India with innovation - through the UNBOX India movement.

My role in this project involved leading the Design Research and Strategy of the toolkit.  I also planned and facilitated workshops (related to lean startup and pre-totyping) wherein we built on methods from UNBOX. These workshops were done with budding entrepreuners from the CVR college of Engineering, Hyderabad.

︎ Due to NDA purposes, the details of the process followed and artefacts created cannot be revealed. UNBOX will be launched publicly by mid-late 2021. Until then, I can only display a cloaked view of this project. Hope that keeps your anticipation high!

Process followed:

- Research of all top design thinking, innovation and education toolkits
- Research on how design thinking has developed in India
- Conversations with young Indian students
- From all of the above, deriving actionable insights for UNBOX’s design strategy and content
- Analysis and synthesis of insights
- Designing the structure, content, process of use and strategy of UNBOX and it’s individual artefacts
- Detailing existing design methods and creating new ones
- Low-fidelity testing
- Creating UNBOX’s value proposition canvas 
- Content writing and initial proofing of all UNBOX artefacts
- Creating a pitch for UNBOX
